​  Cancellation Policy with direct booking

• The entire stay will be payable on arrival. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures.

• A penalty day will be retained for cancellation less than 48 hours before the stay from October to May.

• 25% of the amount will be retained for cancellation less than 30 days before the stay for July & August.

• 100% of the amount will be retained for a cancellation 7 days before the stay for the months of June, July August and September.

• For any cancellation more than 30 days before the date of booking no penalty is provided;

• For reservations of three (3) or more rooms in June July, August and September, a 50% non-refundable amount will be charged upon booking.

• A tax on lodging of 3.5% of the price of an overnight stay is collected on the Magdalen Islands as in all tourist regions of Québec.
